复合结构墙体住宅的经济指标分析

摘　　要：针对同一住宅,分别采用复合结构、砖混结构及异型柱结构体系建立了模型,计算出了各种结构体系住宅的工程量及造价并进行了对比分析,对复合结构墙体住宅的主要经济指标也进行了敏感性分析,为复合结构房屋的推广提供了依据.For the same residential building, the architecture models made of compound structure, brick and concrete structure and special-shaped columns structure have been found. The quantities and cost of these models have been calculated and contractively analyzed. The sensitivity of the major economic index of the wall of compound structure for residential building has been analyzed, the basis of the expand for the compound structure has been provided.
