摘　　要：目的探讨ICU高热伴脑损伤患儿应用亚低温治疗仪降温的方法及护理措施。方法对本科住院的64例高热伴脑损伤患儿应用亚低温治疗仪降温的病例进行回顾性分析，对应用方法及护理措施进行总结。结果64例应用亚低温治疗仪降温的患儿均取得满意的效果，62例24h体温降至37．0℃以下，2例48h体温降至37．0℃以下，平均使用时间2～6d。64例中无1例心律失常、压疮、冻疮等并发症发生。结论及时正确地使用亚低温治疗仪降温，能降低高热对脑组织的损害，降低颅内压，改善脑缺氧，恢复受损脑细胞功能，提高患儿生活质量。Objective To explore the method and nursing measures of cooling the patients with hyperthermy and brain injury in PICU by mild - hypothermia machine. Methods Sixty - four patients＇ data with hyperthermy and brain injury who were cooled by mild hypothermia machine were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients with hyperthermy and brain injury obtained ideal effect by mild hypothermia machine. Six-two patients＇ temperatures were reduced under 37 ℃ within 24 hours, 2 patients＇ temperatures were reduced under 37℃ within 48 hours. The average time was 2- 6 days. Axrhythmia, decubitul ulcer, frostbite and others complications were not found in all 64 patients. Conclusion Correct and prompt cooling by mild- hypothermia machine could lessen the damage of hyperthermy to brain, lower the intracranial pressure, improve brain hypoxia, repair function of injured brain cells and elevate the life quality of patients.
