膝关节注射几丁糖治疗骨关节炎150例临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察医用几丁糖在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的作用。方法选择150例骨性关节炎患者,采用膝关节注射几丁糖治疗及相关护理措施。结果本组150例随访患者经过1个疗程膝关节内注射几丁糖后,患者膝关节疼痛症状有明显改善。结论几丁糖治疗早期膝关节炎效果明显,对于关节畸形、僵硬的晚期膝骨关节炎患者疼痛症状也有所改善,其中护理工作也起到了重要的作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of chitosan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total number of 150 patients were diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis and were treated by intraarticular injection of chitosan and nursing. Results All patients were followed up and most patients reported pain relief. Conclusion All the approach of intraarticular injection of chitosan has an obvious effect on patients with early osteoarthritis. The technique proves to be useful in relieving the pain symptom of patients in late stage of knee osteoarthritis who get joint stiffness and deformity. Clearly, the effectiveness of nursing measures can not be ignored during the management.
