摘　　要：目的总结吲哚菁绿绿术中荧光造影护理配合的经验。方法回顾性分析12例吲哚菁绿术中荧光血管造影的护理。结果 12例患者术中16次吲哚菁绿术中荧光造影经过顺利,护理措施正确,无不良反应。结论吲哚菁绿药物特殊,需专人管理。术前充分问诊过敏史,谨防发生药物过敏;术中及术后备齐急救器材和药品,严密观察患者生命体征、尿液颜色等参数,随时组织抢救。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of intraoperative cerebral angiogram by indocyanine green （ICG）. Methods Nursing experience of 12 patients who underwent intraoperative ICG angiography was analyzed retrospectively. Results Intraoperative ICG angiography was performed for 16 times in 12 patients. All patients were performed successfully. Nursing measures was correct, and no adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion ICG is a kind of special drug that needs professional management. Careful inquiry on allergy history needs to be done before operation in order to avoid drug allergy reaction. Patient＇s vital signs and urine color should be observed closely. Rescue medicines should be prepared during intra - and post - operative period for the possible rescue.
