下肢丹毒合并糖尿病的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结对合并糖尿病的下肢丹毒患者的护理体会。方法对13例下肢丹毒合并糖尿病患者进行抗细菌、抗真菌治疗,严格控制血糖,做好健康教育以及心理护理。结果 12例痊愈,1例好转。结论对于合并糖尿病的下肢丹毒患者,积极治疗和细致护理可有效的控制感染,提高疗效。Objective To summarize and analyze nursing of erysipelas combined with diabetes. Methods Thirty patients received anti - bacterial, antit - fungal, and blood sugar control treatments. Health education and psychological interventions were provided as well. Results Twelve patients were cured, and 1 patient improved. Conclusion Specific treatments and nursing care could treat erysipelas combined with diabetes effectively.
