摘　　要：以三组份环氧树脂的使用为例,介绍了定量混料器控制系统.研究针对不同的工作状态,执行相应的动作控制,实现定量混料器系统从第一种液体加入到混合完成输出的这样一个周期控制工作的程序实现.本设计以定量混料器控制系统为中心,包括控制系统的硬件系统组成、软件的设计、设计流程、设计要求、梯形图设计等,采用三菱公司的FX2N-48MR型PLC去实现,实践证明有用而高效.Taking resin made from three components as an example, the paper introduces a control system of ration mixer. The continuity in different working conditions is studied through a cycle from the first liquid added to the mixture to completion of the output. The design focuses on the control system of ration mixer covering hardware, software, technique process, design requirement and ladder program, and so on, which is realized through FX2N-48MR PLC manufactured by MITSUBISHI Corporation. The application indicates that the system is useful and effcient.
