摘　　要：稿件质量的好坏能决定是否会被采用,但正确的投稿方式将会提高稿件的投稿命中率。介绍了投稿方式以及如何投稿,简述了投稿注意事项,以及作者如何采用正确途径投稿。It is the quality of an article that is critical to decide whether it will be used, but gaod contributing skills will give you more chances. This paper introduces the way and methods to submit a paper and the considerations of the submission. Also, the author demonstrates how to contribute science and technology papers in a correct way.
