摘　　要：我国经济欠发达地区通常是高等教育发展的洼地。要发展经济欠发达地区的高等教育,可通过民营化的发展道路来促进,一方面加大政府支持力度,一方面积极地创新高校办学体制、机制和模式,不断地完善其内部管理体制,并建立强力、有效的领导班子来提升其整体办学能力和水平。The higher education of underdeveloped areas is usually backward, privatization. On one hand, raise the government support, on the other hand, which can be promoted by innovate the system, mechanism and mode of running higher educational institutions, continuously improving the internal management system and advocating the overall school-running capability by establishing the powerful leading group.
