摘　　要：结合木工程专业本科毕业设计现状,从"学习者"和"服务者"两个方面存在的问题入手,深入剖析毕业设计质量下滑的原因;同时,针对存在的问题,在毕业设计教学和管理中进行了相应的改革创新,采取加强前期引导、严格过程管理、强化成果考核、优化教学资源等措施,通过两年的教学管理实践,毕业设计质量得到显著提高。Referring to the status of undergraduate graduation design of civil engineering, the reasons for quality downwardness were analyzed deeply from the aspects of ＂learner＂ and ＂server＂. Innovation in teaching and management were carried out by reinforcing the earlier guidance, restricting process management, strengthening achievement evaluation and optimizing teaching resources. The quality of graduation design increased significantly through two years practice.
