摘　　要：校友资源是高校宝贵的一种社会资源和教育资源。充分挖掘和使用校友资源,对于帮助大学生树立正确的择业观、转变就业观念、提供就业信息、加快调整专业结构等方面具有独特的作用。有效开发和使用校友资源是促进高校就业工作的一条重要渠道。Alumni resource is a precious record for social and educational purposes in university and colleges. If it is exploited and applied at its fullest extent, it will bring a unique function in helping students to develop a normal attitude toward employment, to alter their ideas about employment, to offer them useful information of employment, and to speed up the adjustment of arrangement of college curriculum provision. Exploiting the resources efficiently and applying it in good means will help us a lot in promoting the work of university graduates＇ employment.
