摘　　要：目的观察前列地尔脂微球注射液治疗慢性缺血性肾病临床疗效，探讨其治疗机制。方法入选60例慢性缺血性肾病患者应用前列地尔注射液静脉滴注配合常规基础治疗，对其治疗前后血液流变学、尿素氮（BUN）及尿蛋白等，进行对照，进行统计学分析。结果治疗后患者临床症状明显减轻，血液流变学、尿素氮（BUN）及尿蛋白，治疗前后比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论前列地尔注射液治疗慢性缺血性肾病，能明显减轻临床症状，改善患者血液流变学，改善患者肾功能，有效治疗缺血性肾病。Objectives To observe the front row, fat microspheres treatment of chronic kidney disease injection ischemic clinical curative effect, this paper discusses the mechanism of treatment. Methods 60 patients with chronic kidney disease in patients with ischemic forefront application, injection intravenous drip with on a regnlar basis, the treatment before and after treatment of blood rheology, urea nitrogen （BUN） and urine protein and make comparison, the statistical analysis. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms, significantly reduce blood rheology, urea nitrogen （BUN） and urine protein, compared before and after treatment are statistically significant （ p 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The front row, the treatment of chronic kidney disease, the injection ischemic can significantly reduce clinical symptoms, improve blood theology, improve patients with renal function, effective treatment of iscbemic kidney disease.
