湿润烧伤膏治疗面部深Ⅱ度烧伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗面部深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效。方法选择80例面部深Ⅱ度新鲜烧伤患者,按入院先后顺序,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40人。观察组创面采用MEBO治疗,对照组采用SD-Ag治疗,观察两组剖面感染、止痛效果、创面愈合时间及瘢痕发生率。结果 MEEO组明显优于SD-Ag组,创面感染率、疼痛率、瘢痕发生率及创面愈合时间等均低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 MEBO能防止创面感染,促进创面早日愈合,并有良好的止痛效果,且瘢痕发生率低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of moist burn ointment（MEBO） in treatment of facial deep Ⅱ degree burns.Methods 80 patients with facial deep Ⅱ degree burns were included in the study.By order of admission,patients were randomly divided into observation groups and the control group（n= 40）.Observation group,the wounds treated with MEBO,the control group were treated with SD-Ag treatment,infections were observed profile,analgesia,wound healing and scar incidence.Results The wound infection rate,pain rate,the incidence of scarring and healing time of Observation group were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion MEBO can prevent wound infection and promote wound healing to avoid the incidence of scar and a good analgesic effect.
