整体护理在病毒性肝炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在病毒性肝炎患者中的临床应用价值。方法 520例病毒性肝炎患者按入院顺序单双号随机分为整体护理组(观察组)和常规护理组(对照组)各260例;两组的治疗方案相同,观察组实施整体护理,对照组采用常规护理,对两组的护理效果进行比较分析。结果整体护理组患者在治疗依从性、掌握疾病相关知识、健康心态、生活方式以及患者的满意度方面明显优于常规护理组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对病毒性肝炎患者实施整体护理,能使患者积极主动配合治疗,减少并发症的发生,有利于疾病早日康复。Objective To investigate the clinical application of holistic nursing on patients with viral hepatitis.Methods 520 cases with chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into holistic nursing group（observation group） and usual care group（control group） according to the admission sequence and 260 cases each groups.The observation group was systematically administered with the holistic nursing,whereas the control group was administered with the usual care.Then the therapeutic efficacy of two groups was analyzed.Results The therapy compliance,grasp of disease association knowledge,mentally manner,life style and satisfaction level of patients in the the holistic nursing group were better than those in the usual care group.And the variability had statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The holistic nursing could encourage patients to accept partner treatment and reduce complication of patients,and it promoted recovery from illness rapidly.
