剖宫产产妇实施无痛导尿术的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产产妇手术前实施无痛导尿术的临床应用价值。方法将240例行剖宫产手术的产妇随机分为实验组和对照各120例,对照组在病房进行常规导尿术后由平车接入手术室手术,实验组病人直接走入手术室,实施麻醉术后,用盐酸丁卡因胶浆做尿道表面麻醉行无痛导尿术。比较两组产妇实施导尿术前、中、后疼痛感、紧张、恐惧感和心率、血压变化以及产妇术后满意度。结果两组产妇实施导尿术前、中、后疼痛感、紧张、恐惧感的程度、心率和血压的变化有明显差异(P<0.05),两组产妇对实施无痛导尿术后的满意度调查有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇实施无痛导尿术,可有效改进和提高产科手术室的护理质量,提升剖宫产患者的满意度。Objective To investige the method of urethral catheterization before operation in order to improve nursing service,raise its quality in the obstetric operation room and the degree of the patients＇ satisfaction.Methods 240 cases of cesarean section were divided into two groups randomly.120 cases of the contrast group were treated with urethral catheterization before operation routinely and sent to the operation room by ambulance.Another 120 cases of the experimental group walked to the operation room directly.They were catheterized through the urethra under surface anethesia by dicaine glue.Observation and comparison was made between the two groups according to pain,strain,fear,heart rate and blood pressure changes before-during and after catheterization and also the degree of satisfaction of the patients.Results There was a significant difference between these two groups about their pain their strain feeling and fear,heart rate and blood pressure changes before during and after catheterization.And there was also obvious difference between these two groups of the patient＇s satisfaction degree upon painless urethral catheterization.Conclusion To practice painless urethral catheterization for the cesarean section cases can effectively improve and raise the operation room nursing service and its quality.It can also raise the satisfaction degree of the obstetrical patients.
