摘　　要：论述了PDM与ERP系统集成的重要性以及两系统的区别和联系,通过对两系统交互的数据分析,得出了系统集成的内容,接着对PDM与ERP的集成技术和集成方案进行研究,建立了2种接口集成模型,并分析各模型的优缺点,为企业选择集成方案提供了依据。It discusses the relation and the necessity of system integration on PDM and ERP, analyzes the key mutual data between them, obtains the integrated content. It provides the technology and solutions of PDM and ERP integration, proposes two kinds of interface integration model, describes the advantages and disadvantages of each model, shows an effective way for further study of PDM and ERP integration.
