基于工艺卡片的退役家电产品拆卸信息管理系统的研究

摘　　要：结合国内退役家电拆卸企业的实际情况,阐述了退役家电产品的拆卸流程,重点探讨了其拆卸策略,以及基于不同拆卸策略的拆卸路径规划方法。基于退役家电产品的拆卸流程,建立了退役家电产品拆卸信息管理系统的功能模型、信息模型,开发了原型软件系统。以电视机的拆卸工艺设计为实例,验证了系统的有效性,并生成了电视机的拆卸工艺卡片。生成的拆卸工艺卡片已应用于四川长虹的彩电拆卸流水线,提高了电视机的拆卸效率和零部件利用率。According to actual situation of domestic enterprises, it introduces the disassembling strategy and relevant disassembly sequence planning methods. Based on the analysis of disassembly process of household appliances, it establishes the functional model and information model of disassembly information management system and develops the disassembly information management system. Taking disassembly of TV sets as an example, it proves the system effectiveness, generates disassembly process plan sheets. The generated disassembly process plan sheets are used in a color TV disassembly line of Chang Hong to guide the actual disassembling operation.
