常州市科技成果转化制约因素和政策取向研究

摘　　要：近年来,科技成果大量涌现,如何有效地实现科技成果产业化已成为各地共同关注的重要话题。文章以常州近5年来科技成果转化项目为基础,运用灰色关联度分析了常州科技成果转化的制约因素,为今后提升成果转化率提出了思路和政策性建议。As scientific and technological achievements have emerged in large numbers in recent years, how to put them into industrialization has become an important common interest around the topic. This article, based on technological-achievements-projects in the past 5 years in Changzhou, analyzes the constraints of putting scientific and technological achievements into industrialization in Changzhou with De- gree of Grey Incidence, and then puts forward some ideas and recommendations to enhance the transforma- tion rate in future.
