摘　　要：高效液相色谱因为其独特的优势,在药物分析上有着巨大的作用。文章综述了近年来国内外学者对于高效液相色谱在生化药物分析中的应用进展,简述了一些新的方法和新的应用。Because of its unique advantage, HPLC played a tremendous role in pharmaceutical analysis. On the basis of a large number of documents, this research introduces the characteristics of HPLC. In this paper, the present of HPLC in biochemical pharmaceutics analysis were reviewed, this paper also explain some new methods and new applications.
