调血保肾胶囊预防小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨调血保肾胶囊预防小儿过敏性紫癜发生发展过程中的肾脏损害,从而降低小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的发生率的临床价值。方法设健康组、观察组、对照组,对门诊和住院患儿324例进行临床对比观察,并通过检测尿β2-MG、AIb、TRF、IgG、RBP 5种微量蛋白,探讨其预防作用。结果治疗前观察组与对照组尿β2-MG、AIb、TRF、IgG 4种微量蛋白均高于健康组(P<0.01);而治疗后观察组尿4种微量蛋白与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05),对照组与治疗前比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后尿4种微量蛋白观察组与对照组比较亦有差异(P<0.05)。结论调血保肾胶囊具有预防小儿过敏性紫癜发生发展过程中的肾脏损害、降低小儿过敏性紫癜肾炎发生率的作用,通过尿β2-MG,AIb,TRF,IgG,RBP 5种微量蛋白的检测,能够早期发现小儿过敏性紫癜肾脏损害,及时采取预防治疗手段进行有效的治疗。Objective To study if Tiaoxuebaoshen capsule can prevent the renal damage in the occurrence and process of Henoch- Schonlein purpura nephritis （HSPN） in chidren. Methods Through a case study on 324 caese of outpatient or hospitalized children, which were divided into mormal group, trial group and control group, the clinic contrast observation was performed, by detecting five kinds of urinary microalbumin, such as β2-MG, AIb, TRF, IgG, RBP, to evaluate its protective effects. Results The result shows that the urinary microalbumi, β2-MG, Alb, TRF, IgG in the trial group and the control group before treatment is higher than that of the normal group （P〈0.01）, and four urinary microalbumin after treatment obviously, decreased in comparison with those before treatment in the trial group （P〈0.05）, and there was no difference in the control group （P〉 0.05）, in addition the four urinary microalbumi was also difference in the trial group compared with the control group （P〈0.05） Conclusions The results verified that that the Tiaoxuebaoshen capsule has the preventive effects on the renal damage in the occurrence and process of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in childen and its incidence,and the renal damage of the Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephrtis can be early detected by the detection of five microalbumin,such as β2--MG, Alb, TRF, IgG, RBP, as a result it was helpful to take timely prevcntive treatment efrective treatment.
