大型基础设施项目的集成管理探析——以青岛地铁项目为例

摘　　要：通过分析大型基础设施项目时间和空间的复杂性及其项目管理所存在的问题,提出了大型基础设施项目的集成管理,结合青岛地铁项目,构建了大型基础设施的项目目标、项目各参与方、项目全寿命周期的集成管理体系以及大型基础设施项目集成管理三维系统空间结构,并通过"管理熵"思想对大型基础设施项目集成管理的效用作了相应分析。According to the analysis of large scale infrastructure＇s space and time complexity and the problems of PM （project management）, the paper puts forward the concept of integration management of large scale infrastructure. Combined with the Tsingtao metro project, it sets up a system of large scale infrastructure＇s project objective, project partners, project cycle, and also builds the three dimensional structure. Then, based on the idea of ＂Management Entropy＂, it analyses the effectiveness of integration management.
