六神栓对小鼠白念珠菌阴道炎治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察自制六神栓对小鼠白念珠菌阴道炎的治疗作用。方法采用ICR雌性小鼠构建白念珠菌阴道炎模型,随机分为六神栓3个剂量组及生理盐水组和保妇康栓组,每组9只小鼠,采用阴道给药,1次/d,连续7 d,以阴道灌洗载菌量为观察指标。结果各个剂量的六神栓均能降低阴道灌洗液菌落计数,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。随着六神栓治疗剂量的增高,菌落计数逐渐下降,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论六神栓对小鼠白念珠菌阴道炎有治疗作用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Liu Shen Suppository against mice model of candidal vaginitis.Methods After the model of candidal vaginitis was established in female ICR mice,the mice were randomized into three different dose groups of Liu Shen Suppository,sodium chloride group and Bao Fu Kang Suppository group with 10 mice in each group.All drugs were administered once daily for a total of 7 days.The average of colony count logarithm counts was criteria in the observation.Results All dose groups of Liu Shen Suppository could degrade the average of colony count logarithm counts.There was significant deviation compared with sodium chloride group（P0.05）.Conclusion Liu Shen Suppository can exert therapeutic effects on vaginitis infected with mice model of candidal vaginitis
