摘　　要：目的分析食管癌术后并发胸内吻合口瘘与护理相关联的原因,提出观察要点,并总结其护理措施。方法回顾性分析11例食管癌术后并发胸内吻合口瘘的临床资料。结果本组11例食管癌术后并发胸内吻合口瘘患者均治愈。结论食管癌术后并发胸内吻合口瘘后应积极地面对,积极配合治疗,密切观察病情,加强患者的各项护理,以利于患者的愈合。Objective To explore the reason between nursing and postoperative anastomotic fistula of esophagus cancer,propose the key points of clinic observation,and summarize the Nursing measures.Methods Retrospectively analyse the clinic data of 11 patients who occurring postoperative anastomotic fistula of esophagus cancer.Result 11 patients who occurring postoperative anastomotic fistula esophagus cancer were all cured.Conclusion PostoperativeAnastomotic fistula esophagus cancer should be faced actively and should be taken combination measures.Observing disease closely and strengthen the various nursing and nutrition of patients are benefit for rehabilitation.
