摘　　要：目的探讨输液排气管固定胃管的应用效果。方法将120例患者按留置胃管日期单双号随机分为2组,实验组60例,用输液排气管固定胃管;对照组60例,用传统的胶布固定法。比较两组患者的胃管牢固程度、舒适度、皮肤刺激情况及美观程度。结果实验组各项观察指标均优于对照组(P值均<0.01)。结论输液排气管固定胃管牢固,患者感觉舒适、美观、皮肤刺激小。Objective To evaluate the effects of infusion exhaust pipes in fixing gastric tubes.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers of the date when the gastric tubes were indwelled.Sixty cases in the experimental group were fixed by infusion exhaust pipes.Another sixty cases in the control group were fixed by traditional tape.The two groups were compared in terms of the strength of the gastric tube,comfortableness,skin stimulus and beauty.Results All the observed indicators were better than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Infusion exhaust pipe can fix the gastric tube firmly and make patients feel comfortable.It is also beautiful and has less skin stimulus.
