摘　　要：目的总结慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭有创机械通气治疗中的护理要点。方法 COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者40例,收住ICU后,经口/鼻腔插管呼吸机辅助通气,总结机械通气中的护理经验。结果 36例症状缓解,成功脱机拔管,4例脱机困难,终因多器官功能衰竭死亡。结论在治疗过程中,护理人员应密切观察治疗反应和病情变化,熟悉呼吸机的应用指征,做好气管插管的护理,呼吸机管道的管理,人工气道的护理及基础护理。Objective To summarize the nursing main points of mechanical on ventilation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） with Ⅱ type of respiratory failure.Methods 40 COPD with Ⅱ type of respiratory failure patients with respiratory failure received routine comprehensive treatments and mechanical ventilation.Results After comprehensive treatment and careful nursing,36 of 40 COPD with Ⅱ type of respiratory failure patients improved,who got rid of breathing machine with normal blood gas analysis,and 4 patients died of multiple organ failure.Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is an important method to save COPD with Ⅱ type of respiratory failure patients.Successful mechanical ventilation depends on the careful nursing measures such as management of respirator tract,tracheal catheter nursing and basic nursing.
