金属钛夹在内镜黏膜下剥离术中的应用与护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨金属钛夹在内镜黏膜下剥离术中的应用与护理配合。方法对87例消化道病变患者施行内镜下剥离术中金属钛夹的选择、应用和护理配合进行回顾性总结。结果 85例患者剥离成功。术中67例使用金属钛夹止血,26例使用金属钛夹作创面缝合,3例术中发现穿孔予金属钛夹夹闭穿孔部位,均在1周左右出院。结论金属钛夹在内镜黏膜下剥离术中的止血和缝合创面的作用极大地提高了手术的安全性,护士熟悉金属钛夹的型号、性能,实现医护完美配合对手术成功有重要意义。Objective To explore nursing cooperation and the application of titanium clip in ESD.Methods The choosing,application,and nursing cooperation of titanium clip in 87 ESD cases were retrospectively summarized.Results The operation was successful in 85 patients. The titanium clip was used to stop bleeding in 67 patients and 26 patients used it in suture wound surface.Perforation was found in 3 patients,and titanium clip was used in the perforative position,and all patients were discharged in about one week after operation.Conclusion Titanium clip has great effect on hemostasis and suture in ESD,which can remarkably improve surgery safety.Nurses should know the types of titanium,function,and cooperation with doctors,which is significant to a successful operation.
