摘　　要：目的探讨长期留置一次性气管套管更换的间隔时间,为临床护理工作提供理论依据。方法将长期留置一次性气管套管的60例患者随机分成4组(每组15例),更换气管套管的间隔时间分别为:A组1个月,B组2个月,C组3个月,D组4个月。观察指标包括:气囊弹性、气囊漏气、下呼吸道感染发生情况、痰痂黏附度、肉芽组织增生。结果 4组组间差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论长期留置气管套管更换的间隔时间以2个月为宜。Objective To Explore the replace time of disposable trachea drive pipe for a long time,in order to provide the theory basis for the clinical nursing work.Method 60 patients with disposable trachea drive pipe for a long time were randomly divided into 4 groups（Group of 15）.Intervals for A one Month,B two Months,C three Months,D four Months.Observation indicators include：Gasbag flexible,Gasbag flat,The infections of next respiratory,Phlegm stuck with the scab,Meat buds organization growths.Result The differences of 4 groups have the remarkable significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The replace time of disposable trachea drive pipe interval 2 months for suitable.
