新生儿医院感染原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的分析引起新生儿医院感染的危险因素,实行降低其医院感染发病率的护理措施。方法对我院4年新生儿科住院病例采取有序调查,排除误报与漏报,资料重新逐一登记,进行定性、定量分析。结果 4年来共收治新生儿4 785人,发生医院感染207例,通过采取有效的护理措施,新生儿医院感染率由2007年的4.2%降至2010年的2.1%,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿医院感染发病率与新生儿病房布局流程、环境、医护人员、各种侵入性操作等因素密切相关,通过优化布局流程、加强环境物品的消毒、做好侵入性操作感染控制、严格无菌操作、强化手卫生等护理措施,能较好的控制新生儿医院感染的发生。Objective To analyse the risk factors of neonatal infection and implement prevention and control measures in nursing.Methods By orderly surveillance,we statistic and analyse neonatal infection factors in neonatal unit within 4 years,ruling out false positives and false negatives.Results From 2007 to 2010,we treated 4785 newborns,207 cases of neonatal infection.Through effective nursing measures,neonatal infection rate fell down from 4.2% in 2007 to 2.1% in 2010,there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of neonatal infection was closely related to layout process,ward environment,health care and variety of invasive operations in neonatal ward.We can control the incidence by optimizing the layout of the process,strengthening the disinfection,good control of invasive operations,strict aseptic operations,strengthening hand hygiene and etc.
