洁净手术室微生物污染分析

摘　　要：目的了解海南部分医院洁净手术室的微生物污染情况,为手术室管理提供依据。方法采用微生物检验和现场检测方法,于2008-2010年对海南部分医院洁净手术室进行了检测。结果在检测空气细菌浓度方面,Ⅰ级洁净手术室手术区检测合格率为75%、周边区检测合格率为80%,Ⅰ级眼科专用手术室周边区检测合格率为83%,Ⅱ级洁净手术室检测合格率为86%,Ⅲ级洁净手术室检测合格率为96%,洁净辅助用房的检测合格率均为100%;在检测工作台表面染菌密度方面,其检测合格率则为100%。结论新建洁净手术室级别要求越高,其微生物污染检测合格率越低,应加强其硬件建设和实行严格的科学管理。OBJECTIVE To learn about the microbial pollution of clean operating room in some parts of Hainan hospitals,to provid scientific basis for future management.METHODS Microbiological test and on-spot inspection from 2008 to 2010 were used,we have conducted the inspection in clean surgery rooms in some of Hainan hospitals.RESULTS In the inspection of the air concentration of bacteria show that：The inspection of surgical area in I grade clean operating room passed the rate of 75%,inspection of peripheral area passed the rate of 80%,the inspection of peripheral area in I grade ophthalmic operating room passed the rate of 83%,the inspection of II grade clean operating room passed the rate of 86%,the inspection of III grade clean operating room with the pass rate of 96%,the inspection of clean assisting room with the pass rate of 100%.In the inspection of the density of surface contaminated bacteria of the service stations showed that it passed the rate of 100%.CONCLUSION If the grade of newly built clean operating room requires higher level,the pollution index is easier to exceed,the passed rate is very lower,the hardware construction and strict and scientific management should be strengthened.
