干式保存无菌持物钳在不同环境中的应用

摘  要:目的比较干式保存无菌持物钳在不同环境中的有效时间,以指导临床应用。方法将持物钳在医院的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类标准环境下使用,分别在使用后的4~12h,在严格的无菌技术操作下对持物钳下端1/3处取样进行细菌培养,分别对检测结果进行分析。结果无菌持物钳在Ⅰ类环境中<10h无菌试验合格率为100.0%,在Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境中<8h无菌试验合格率为100.0%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ类环境在同样的使用时间内细菌检出率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境在同样的使用时间内细菌检出率差异无统计学意义。结论Ⅰ、Ⅱ类环境可延长使用时间;Ⅲ类环境由于使用频率较低,建议逐渐取消使用。OBJECTIVE To compare the effective time of the sterile forceps applied in different environment to guide the clinical application.METHODS Sterile forceps were used at Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ standard type environment in the hospital,samples were taken under the bottom 1/3 of sterile forceps for bacterial culture in the strict aseptic technique,respectively at 4h,5h,6h,7h,8h,9h,10h,11h,12h after used,for analysis of test results respectively.RESULTS The pass rate of 100.0% of sterile forceps was at 10h in the type Ⅰenvironment.In Ⅱ,Ⅲ types environment,sterile test pass rate 100.0% at 8h.typeⅠ and type Ⅱ use of the environment at the same time,The detection rate of bacteria was significantly different(P〈0.05),Ⅱ and Ⅲ type environment at the same time,the difference of bacterial detection rate was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).CONCLUSION Type Ⅰ,Ⅱ environment can extend the use time;We proposed that Ⅲ type environment be cancelled gradually because of the lower frequency use.
