医院感染管理在突发公共卫生事件中的应急机制与应用

摘　　要：目的建立以医院感染管理为中心的应对突发公共卫生事件应急机制。方法制定了突发公共卫生事件的医院感染管理预案,其内容包括疫情报告、监测预警、现场控制、消毒隔离、个人防护等,将医院感染管理贯穿在处置突发公共卫生事件中的全过程。结果确立了医院感染控制科在突发公共卫生事件中的职能定位,建立了快速的传输和信息支撑系统,积极与当地政府和上级卫生部门协调,切实为应对突发性公共卫生事件预防、控制、监测、报告、预警、咨询、指导和监督检查等提出依据。结论医院感染管理是突发公共卫生事件应急机制中的重要基础工作,为全面提高应对突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力提供了重要保证。OBJECTIVE To establish the emergency mechanism which nosocomial infecton was regarded a as central to response rural public health emergencies.METHODS Nosocomial infecton management project on rural public health emergencies was working out,which included reporting of infectious disease,monitoring and warning,presence control,sterilization and segregation,individual prophylaxis,etc.Nosocomial infecton control was introduced into rural public health emergencies.RESULTS Ensured the function of nosocomial infection management department in rural public health emergencies,established a rapid information transfer and support system,cooperated with government and superior health department activity.Offered basis for preventing,monitoring,reporting,warnning,consulting,guiding and supervisoring of rural public health emergencies.CONCLUSION Nosocomial infection management play an fundamentally basic role in emergency mechanism of rural public health emergencies,provide important guarantee for enhancing the ability of responding rural public health emergencies.
