单孔双通道腹腔镜治疗幼儿鞘膜积液术中的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下鞘状突高位结扎治疗幼儿鞘膜积液术中的护理。方法:总结分析35例腹腔镜下幼儿鞘状突高位结扎围手术期的护理。结果:35例患儿手术顺利完成,单侧鞘状突高位结扎手术时间为15～30min,平均25±3.5min,术中无出现低氧血症、心律失常等并发症。结论:护士熟练掌握小儿腹腔镜手术的护理配合要点,加强安全管理,术中密切观察是取得手术成功的关键。Objective：Investigate laparoscopie ligation under vaginalis hydrocele surgery in the treatment of early childhood care. Methods： Analysis of 35 cases of laparoscopic ligation of children vaginalis perioperative care. Results ： 35 patients were successfully completed surgery, unilateral ligation of processus vaginalis operative time 15-30min, an average of 3.5-25min, no intraoperative hypoxemia, arrhythmias and other complications occurred. Conclusion： Nurses familiar with pediatric laparoscopic surgery with the main points of care, strengthen the security management, close observation of surgery is to obtain the key to successful surgery.
