摘　　要：结合多年指导生产实习的实践经验,分析了目前化工专业生产实习中存在的问题。通过建立形式多样的实习方式、校外实习基地建设以及科技活动,加强对学生实习成绩的考核,增强学生的工程意识和团队精神,提高化工专业生产实习的质量。Base on the experience of guiding production practice for many years,the major problems appearing in the process of production practice were analyzed and discussed,through the construction of various production practice patterns,practice bases outside college and scientific activities,the assessment of the production practice achievement will be strengthened,the engineering consciousness and team spirit will be enforced,the quality of production practice can be improved considerably.
