基于本体的数字档案馆动态知识与相对知识标注研究

摘　　要：电子政务中数字档案馆已经成为知识发布、知识存储的一个重要的环节,但是对这些数据的中的知识,特别是动态知识的描述以及相对知识准确性甄别因为卷帙浩繁而导致效率较低。本文描述了使用本体概念以及本体描述语言OWL针对电子政务中数字档案馆中的相对知识和动态知识的特点,提出了一种解决动态知识和相对知识的本体标注的方法,以提高数字档案馆的服务效率。Digital archives have become an important and crucial place for publishing,storing knowledge. It is hard to be effective to describe these data,especially for the dynamic knowledge and relative knowledge because the large number of information. According to the characters of this dynamic and relative knowledge,this paper carries out a plan for interpreting and describing the data with the method of ontology and owl,which ultimately not only address the problems which could not be solved by traditional methods,and also boost the efficiencies of services in digital archives.
