近10年国内知识管理研究热点——基于CSSCI数据库的词频分析

摘　　要：对2000年到2009年期间在CSSCI数据库上关于国内知识管理热点方面研究论文进行统计,并在此基础之上对知识管理的发展趋势做出分析。研究发现:信息技术、企业文化、知识创新、竞争情报、知识共享、数据挖掘、组织学习、知识员工、知识主管、知识管理体系等,是国内近十年的研究热点。This paper,on the basis of selecting the keywords from CSSCI database,analyzes the domestic research hotspots on knowledge management from 2000 to 2009 with word frequency method and predicts the development tendency of this field. It is found that IT,enterprise culture,knowledge innovation,competitive intelligence,creative commons,data excavating,organizational learning,knowledge personnel,knowledge manager,knowledge management system,etc. are the research hotspots during last ten years in china.
