摘  要:平轴螺旋管流作为一种新型的输沙方式,其流场特性能够使管道输送具有高浓度、低能耗、输送距离远和不淤积的优点。在试验的基础上,主要对局部起旋器产生的平轴圆管螺旋流的流场特性进行了探讨与研究,得出了起旋器出口后圆管螺旋流的流场规律:流速场切向流速在测试断面具有旋转的对称性,若不考虑管壁近壁区的影响,可认为切向流速在断面呈线性分布,而且随着流量的增加,切向流速也在增加;随着流程的增加,切向流速逐渐衰减。The spiral flow in the horizontal pipe, as a new sediment transport method, the flow characteristics can make pipeline transportation have such advantages as high concentration, low energy consumption, long-distance transport and non-deposition. Based on the test, this paper mainly discusses the flow characteristics of the continuous rotation in the horizontal pipe produced by the spiral flow local generator, obtains the flow field of the continuous rotation after the exit section of the spiral flow generator. The tangential velocity of the velocity field on the test section with a rotative symmetry, without considering the impact of the near-wall region of the wall, the tangential velocity can be considered as showing a linear distribution on the section, and with the increase in flow, the tangential velocity is also increasing; with the distance increasing, the tangential velocity decreases gradually.
