新生儿室上性心动过速临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿室上性心动过速的病因及治疗。方法总结我科13例室上性心动过速的诊断治疗过程进行分析。结果①新生儿由于心脏发育不成熟,心电活动不稳定,易受各种因素影响发生心律失常。②新生儿室上速发病隐匿,临床症状缺乏特异性,常被原发病掩盖。③新生儿室上速确诊后必须紧急处理,如未能及时纠正可发生心力衰竭及死亡,多数室上速随着生后心脏传导系统发育不断成熟,以及原发病的治愈而自动好转至消失,但也有一些病例反复发作。结论阵发性室上性心动过速特点为心动过速突发突止。新生儿室上性心动过速确诊后必须紧急处理,如未能及时纠正可发生心力衰竭及死亡。本病预后较好,关键在于早期治疗。Objective To research on the pathogeny and cure of neonatus SVT.Methods analysis on the process of diagnosis and cure to 13 pieces of neonatus SVT case.Results ①As a result of the immature heart development of neonatus,the heart electrical activity is unstable,vulnerable to a variety of factors and results in arrhythmia.②Neonatus SVT attacks occultly,lack of specificity in clinical symptoms,it always be covered by original disease.③Once neonatus SVT was diagnosed,it must be cured without delay,if not,heart failure may happen.As Cardiac conduction system development matures and original disease was healed,most neonatus SVT will recover and disappear,however,some case of illness will still be recurrent.Conclusion Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia is characterized by sudden stop tachycardia,paroxysmal attacks.Neonatal supraventricular tachycardia must be urgently treated once diagnosis,if it failed treating in time,the heart failure and death can occur.Prognosis is better,the key of this disease rests with early treatment.
