脉络宁治疗110例冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价脉络宁口服液治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 110例心绞痛患者随机分为对照组（53例）和脉络宁治疗组（57例）。对照组口服消心痛（10~20mg,一天3次）,治疗组口服脉络宁口服液（20mL,一天3次）;时间均为30d。结果用药后缓解症状有效率：对照组90.6%、治疗组87.7%,两组间比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。心电图有效率：对照组66.0%、治疗组62.2%,两组间比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。脉络宁口服液降低三酰甘油的作用强于消心痛（P〈0.05）。未发现不良反应。结论脉络宁口服液是一种治疗稳定型心绞痛的安全、有效的药物。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of mailuoning oral solution on 110 cases of stable anginal pectoris（SAP）.Methods One hundreds and ten cases of SAP were randomly divided into control group（n=53） and mailuoning group（n=57）.Cases were treated with mailuoning oral solution（20mL,tid） or nitrosorbid（10-20mg,tid） for 30days.Blood,urine,liver and kidney function,blood glucose,blood lipids,electrocachleogram（ECG） and parameters about discomfort syndrome were measured before and after the treatment,respectively.Results The discomfort syndrome improved significantly at 30days after treatment in both groups.But there has no significant difference of the effective power in both groups.Non-significant difference was detected on the measurement parameters of ECG in both groups.But in mailuoning group,triglyceride fatty acid decreased significantly after 30days treatment.Conclusion Mailuoning oral solution is an effective therapeutic medicine for the treatment of stable anginal pectoris.
