替米沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗糖尿病合并高血压30例

摘　　要：目的探讨替米沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗糖尿病合并高血压的疗效。方法选择在太平人民医院就诊的糖尿病合并高血压患者60例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予替米沙坦片治疗;观察组给予替米沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。结果与治疗前相比,观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压、24h尿白蛋白、24h尿蛋白等均有所下降,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗后24h尿白蛋白、24h尿蛋白,观察组与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者疗效佳,不良反应少。Objective Efficacy research of telmisartan tablets combined amlodipine besylate tablets treatment of 30 cases about diabetes and hypertension.Method 60 cases of diabetes and hypertension divided into observation group and control group.Control group： telmisartan tablets;observer group： telmisartan tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets.Results After treatment systolic and diastolic blood pressure,24h urinary albumin,24h urinary protein decreased,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.After treatment,24h urinary albumin,24h urinary protein,the two groups,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Telmisartan tablets combined amlodipine besylate tablets treatment of 30 cases about diabetes and hypertension is good efficacy,few adverse reactions.
