疏血通联合丁咯地尔治疗耳源性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏血通联合盐酸丁咯地尔治疗耳源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选择耳源性眩晕患者120例,按照随机原则分为治疗组60例和对照组60例;治疗组给予疏血通联合盐酸丁咯地尔每天1次联合治疗,对照组常规给予盐酸培他司汀注射液每天1次治疗,两组疗程均为7d,疗程结束后观察两组临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后症状均有好转,但治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论疏血通联合盐酸丁咯地尔治疗耳源性眩晕效果显著,作用安全,能明显的缩短疗程减轻患者痛苦。Objective To observe the combined hydrochloric acid Shuxuetong Buflomedil treatment of ear vertigo clinical efficacy.Methods 120 patients with otogenic vertigo,according to randomly divided into treatment group,60 patients and a control group of 60 patients;group was treated with hydrochloric acid Shuxuetong Buflomedil joint 1 day combination therapy,the control group given conventional he Division Ting Pei hydrochloride injection once a day treatment,were treated for 7 days after treatment were observed clinical efficacy.Results The two groups of patients symptoms were improved after treatment,but the treatment group than the control group,with significant differences（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combined hydrochloric acid Shuxuetong Buflomedil treatment of ear vertigo effect significant role in security,can significantly shorten the course of treatment to reduce patient suffering.
