摘  要:[目的]分析青海湖河谷地区14种植物中微量元素。[方法]运用因子分析的方法,对青海湖河谷地区植物中微量元素的特征进行了分析。[结果]矩阵方差90%以上的贡献来自前3个主因子,Fe、Mn、Co、N i含量与第1主因子显著相关,Se与第2主因子显著相关,多枝黄芪中微量元素的含量最高。[结论]该研究揭示了高原青海湖河谷地区植物的微量元素特征,为研究微量元素的含量和中药功效之间的相关性提供了有力依据。[Objective] To analyze trace elements in 14 kinds of plants from valley area of Qinghai Lake.[Method] The characteristic of trace elements in plants from valley area of Qinghai Lake was analyzed by using factor analysis method.[Result]The contribution of matrix variance was more than 90% from the first 3 principal factors.Contents of Fe,Mn,Co and Ni were significantly related to the first principal factor,while Se content was significantly related to the second principal factor.Contents of trace elements were the highest in Astragalus polycladus.[Conclusion] This study could reveal the characteristics of trace elements in plants from valley area of Qinghai Lake,and provide important basis for studying the relationship between trace elements content and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
