摘　　要：[目的]测定茯苓PORIA中微量元素含量。[方法]使用HNO3-HC lO4体系消解样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定3种不同产地茯苓中Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、K、Na 6种微量元素的含量。[结果]茯苓样品富含K、Mg、Na、Fe、Mn、Zn元素,其中K和Mg的含量较高。[结论]茯芩中K和Mg的含量相对较高,对其祛湿利水药效有促进作用。[Objective] To determine the contents of trace elements in PORIA.[Method] The samples were digested with the HNO3 ~HClO4 system and then the flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine the contents of six trace elements（Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,K、Na and Ca） in PORIA from three different places.[Result] PORIA was rich in K,Mg,Na,Fe,Mn and Zn,especially K and Mg.[Conclusion] The high contents of K and Mg enhanced the efficacy of PORIA in promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness.
