摘  要:[目的]探讨蜈蚣草对汞的耐性及耐汞机理,为进一步研究汞砷复合污染的治理奠定理论依据。[方法]对汞胁迫条件下,蜈蚣草生长过程中生物量、叶绿素、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸含量及POD活性等进行了研究。[结果]汞浓度增加抑制蜈蚣草生长,降低叶绿素含量,大幅度提高丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸含量,但POD和SOD活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势。[结论]蜈蚣草对汞有一定的耐性,但随汞浓度的增加,蜈蚣草生长受到一定程度的影响,直至产生毒害。[Objective] The aim was to explore tolerance of Pteris vittata L to Hg2+ and mechanism,provide theoretical basis for treatment of Hg and As compound pollution.[Method] Effects of heavy metal Hg2+ on physiological characteristics of P.vittata L.were examined in a solution-culture experiment,incluing biomass,chlorophyll,MDA,free proline and POD activity.[Result] The results showed that P.vittata growth decreased with the increasing Hg2+.The chlorophyll content dropped dramatically and the MDA content and free proline increased significantly as Hg2+ concentrations reduced.The POD activity increased first,then decreased at the higher Hg2+ concentrations,SOD increased firstly and decreased after.[Conclusion] P.vittata L had a certain tolerance to Hg2+,but the growth of P.vittata L was affected in a certain until poisoned with the increasing Hg2+.
