摘  要:[目的]测定海南木莲叶和枝中总异黄酮的含量。[方法]以染料木素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在266 nm处测定样品的吸光度。[结果]染料木素对照品在20~100μg时呈良好线性关系。其回归方程为C=0.003 9A,R=0.999 9。海南木莲叶、枝中总异黄酮的含量为0.240%和0.078%。[结论]该方法操作简便,结果稳定,重复性好,适合海南木莲叶和枝中总异黄酮含量的测定。[Objective] The aim was to determine the content of the isoflavones in the leaves and the stems of Manglietia hainanensis.[Methods] Genistein was viewed as reference substance,the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of the isoflavones in the leaves and branches of Manglietia hainanensis.[Results]The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.000 5-0.004 5 μg/ml,and the regression equation was C=0.003 9A,R=0.999 9,the content was 0.240 % and 0.078 %.[Conclusion] The spectrophotometry was suitable for the determination of isoflavones from the leaves and branches of Manglietia hainanensis.This method operated conveniently,the result was stable and has good repeatability.
