新疆404名梅毒患者感染相关行为及治疗史情况的分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析目前新疆汉族及少数民族梅毒患者被检感染状况及相关行为，为掌握本区性病一艾滋病新情况提供数据支持。方法采用统一调查表（汉，维吾尔双语版），对2010年8月-2011年8月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院皮肤科梅毒血清学被检阳性患者进行调查分析。结果汉族与维族感染率大体相等，共占8975％；高中学历纽及大专以上学历组占患病人数各占33．75％和36．91％；安全套未用及偶尔应用各占60．3％和297％，所用安全套皆自行购买；主动就医和被动检出者分占2609％及7391％；74％诊断不定期梅毒，其中50岁以上未经青霉素规范治疗者达63．52％。结论近期梅毒患者群体有新变化，干部职员等高等学历群体突出；本地区安全套发放机构功能缺失严重，绝大多数病人安全防护意识淡薄，就医主动性差，治疗不规范。Objective Through the dianosis of Han Nationality and the national minority syphilitic the infection condition and related behavior at present , Keeping abreast of the home court venereal disesase - AIDS new situation and Providing the data to support it. Methods Using the unification survey form（ the Chinese and Uygur bilingual version） ,to investigate the syphilis masculine patients who were examined at The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region people＇s Hospita between August 2010 and August 2011. Results The Hart Nationality and the Uygur national minority infection percentage are roughly equal, altogether accounts for 89.75% ; Above the high school record group and the lechnical college the school record group for the sick population to accounts for 33.75% and 36.91% respectively. Never uses and occasionally applies accounts for 60. 3% and 29.7% respectively and condoms are all purchased. Going to see a doctor on own initiative and being detected passively accounts for 26.09% and 73.91% respectively. 74% patients are non - periodical syphilis and patients who above 50 ages in them are for 63.52% and without standard penicillin curer. Conclusion Recently the syphilitic is the majority by the Han Nationality and Uygur national minority, The city peoples succeed in the imperial civil service examinations, especially Cadr and staff member who have Higher school record; The local organizations＇function to provide condoms is serious, Overwhelming majority patient safety protection consciousness is light, Goes see a doctor not initiative, treats not standard
