摘　　要：目的：观察麻醉护理在小儿骨科手术中的应用效果。方法：选择我院3年来收治的骨科手术的患儿31例，对其麻醉过程中的护理效果进行观察。结果：通过护理人员麻醉前认真的用物准备，耐0的麻醉中护理及心理疏导，无1例出现并发症，均顺利完成手术。结论：护理人员应针对小儿生理、心理状态，在术前进行心理护理，消除恐惧心理，在每个手术环节中果断、娴熟配合，是保障手术成功的关键。Objective： To observe the anesthesia rare in the pediatric orthopedic surgery results. Methods： 2 years admitted to our hospital＇s orthopedic surgery in children with 31 cases during anesthesia care for its effects were observed. Results： The nurses carefully before anesthesia materials preparation, anesthesia patient care and psychological counseling, no one cases complirations were successfully operated, Conclusion： Nurses should focus on children with physical, mental state, psychologiral care before surgery, to eliminate fear, in every aspect of surgery, decisive, skillful with, is to protect the key to successful operation.
