国土整治工程招投标监督初探——以湖北为例

摘　　要：招标监督管理关系到招投标制度的运行效率,国土整治招投标领域正面临监管难题。文章以湖北省国土整治招标监督为例,从国土整治招标的诸多环节入手,围绕各个环节的监督管理,阐述了改革、完善监管机制,提出促进国土整治工程招标的规范化、标准化的举措。The efficiency of operation of the tender bidding system is related to supervision and management.The field of land consolidation bidding is in the face of these difficulties.The paper focusing on all the aspects of land remediation bidding takes supervision and management in Hubei Province as example,elaborates the reform and improvement of the regulatory mechanism,and proposes some measures to promote the standardization of land consolidation project bidding.
