64例异位妊娠经阴道彩色多普勒超声定位诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨经阴道行彩色多普勒超声检查异位妊娠的临床价值。方法:回顾本院64例异位妊娠患者的彩色多普勒超声检查资料,所有患者均经手术、病理检查证实为异位妊娠,分析彩超图像的特点。结果:64例中有62例经彩超确诊,确诊率96.9%;本组彩超检出团块61例(95.3%),团块内类滋养层血流共57例(89.1%);彩超可观察到附件区的Donut征、低回声包块、类滋养层血流时间流速曲线。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声定位诊断异位妊娠的确诊率高,具有Donut征和具有特点的血流时间流速曲线,可用于早期诊断异位妊娠。Objective：To analysis and explore the value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：Collect the clinical diagnosis and treatment material records of 64 patients with ectopic pregnancy,all of them were confirmed by surgical treatment and pathologic examination,analysis the features of the color Doppler sonography image.Results：62 of the 64 were confirmed by the color Doppler sonography,the accuracy rate of the color Doppler sonography was 96.9%.Observed all the images,61 of them were detected exist masses,57 of them showed a class trophoblastic blood flow waveform.The image of the color Doppler sonography was a ring-like,hypoechogenic mass,class trophoblastic blood flow waveform.Conclusion：The accuracy of color Doppler sonography is high in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.The features of ring-like and class trophoblastic blood flow waveform can be seen in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
