化学发光法测定胰岛素及C肽在2型糖尿病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨化学发光法检测血清胰岛素、C肽水平在2型糖尿病临床诊断上的应用价值。方法:随机选取2009年05月-2011年05月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者128例、健康体检者58例,对其应用化学发光法进行血清胰岛素、c肽检测并比较两组检测结果。结果:2型糖尿病组患者基础胰岛素水平为10.16±4.42uU/L,基础c肽水平为1.19±0.52ng/L。健康对照组基础胰岛素水平为15.62±5.72uU/L,基础c肽水平为1.79±0.64ng/。2型糖尿病组基础血清胰岛素、c肽水平均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化学发光法操作方法简便,操作时间短,重复性好,且操作过程中无放射性污染,在糖尿病临床检验中有重要的应用价值。Objective：To explore the chemiluminescence method to detect serum insulin,c-peptide levels in type 2 diabetes clinical diagnosis application value.Methods：2009 randomly selected from 2011 on our records of 128 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,the healthy check-up 58 cases,the application of chemical luminescence serum insulin,c-peptide test and compare two sets of test results.Results：patients with type 2 diabetes group based insulin levels of 10.16＋4.42uU/L,basic c-peptide levels of 1.19＋0.52ng/L.Healthy controls the 15.62 level of basic insulin plus or minus 5.72uU/L,basic c-peptide levels of 1.79＋0.64ng/.Type 2 diabetes group foundation insulin,c-peptide levels of serum were significantly lower than health in control group （PO.05）.Conclusion：The method is simple operating chemiluminescence method,the operation time is short,repeatability,and the operating process without radioactive pollution in diabetes clinical inspection,has an important application value.
