摘　　要：目的:探讨骨折后脂肪栓塞综合征(脂肪栓塞综合征)的诊断与治疗。方法:回顾性分析院2006年5月至2011年02月收治的22例骨折后并发脂肪栓塞综合征病例的临床资料。结果:22例患者21例治愈,未遗留后遗症,1例死亡。结论:对骨折致脂肪栓塞综合征强调早期诊断及治疗,发生脂肪栓塞综合征时采用呼吸支持、纠正低氧血症、早期大剂量激素与保护重要脏器功能相结合的综合治疗方法。Objective：Explore a fracture statistics （脂肪栓塞综合征） were used to fat embolism syndrome diagnosis and treatment.Methods：Hospital were retrospectively analyzed in May 2006 to 2011 in our hospital from of the fracture 22 cases complicated with the clinical data of 脂肪栓塞综合征 cases.Results：Twenty-two patients 21 cases were cured,not left sequela,1 case death.Conclusion：On fracture to 脂肪栓塞综合征 emphasizes that the early diagnosis and treatment,happen when the 脂肪栓塞综合征 support respiratory function,correct hypoxemia,early high-dose hormone and protect the important viscera function combination of comprehensive treatment.
