咽鼓管功能对听骨链重建术的影响及术中、术后的处理

摘　　要：目的:探讨咽鼓管功能对听骨链重建术效果的影响。方法:采用钛质人工听骨行骨链重建术及鼓室成形术。部分患者有不同程度的咽鼓管闭塞,对于咽鼓管通畅,部分及完全闭塞等情况于术前检查,术中探通,术后鼓膜切开植管法等处理。结果:术前显示咽鼓管通畅和术中咽鼓管探通者,术后效果和听力恢复较好。咽鼓管闭塞者术后均应行鼓膜切开植管术等处理以挽救患者听力。结论:咽鼓管功能对听骨链重建手术的成功和术后听力效果有重要影响。Objective：To investigate the function of the eustachian tube reconstruction of the ossicular chain effect.Methods：Titanium line of artificial auditory ossicles ossicular chain reconstruction and tympanoplasty.Some patients have varying degrees of occlusion of the eustachian tube,eustachian tube for smooth,parts and complete occlusion,etc.in the preoperative,intraoperative probing,cut the tympanic membrane after planting tube and other processing.Results：Before surgery shows the eustachian tube eustachian tube patency and probing,postoperative hearing results and better recovery.Eustachian tube occlusion should be OK after planting tube tympanic membrane incision surgery and other treatment to save the patient hearing.Conclusions：Eustachian tube function of the success of ossicular reconstruction surgery and postoperative hearing results have important implications.
